Trina Hable – President and Founder of Team Evolution Lacrosse

  • Katrina Hable is an established Division I lacrosse player, former All-American, record holder and 4 year Captain at Syracuse University. She is a highly-competitive lacrosse standout, mentor and coach. She has over twelve years experience coaching and brings a wealth of knowledge to lacrosse at both the developmental and especially the competitive level. Katrina comes from, Upstate NY, West Genesee High School, a nationally recognized high school lacrosse program that has always been known for instilling fundamentals in each of it’s players through repetition, consistency, structure, disciplined, and work ethic for both their boys and girls high school program. She shares these same values and prides herself in the little things.  Katrina coached varsity lacrosse in NY for Fayetteville Manlius for 2 years following college, and lead them to States while producing 12 Division 1 players and 6  players to go on and become D1 All -Americans.  In 2010 was the Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Emerson College and U19 Head Coach for NESLL. Currently, Katrina is the Director of Operations at Athletic Evolution NIKE SPARQ Training Center and a Strength Coach.Katrina’s professional skill-set is complemented by her insight as an athlete and coach. She truly has a passion and excitement about her when helping each and every individual, and understands how to motivate and encourage each athlete. Katrina is committed to helping Team Evolution and each individual athlete achieve their respective goals.

Rebecca Reed – Director of Operations, Head Coach EVO 2013′s

  • One of the most accomplished members of the Team EVO staff, Rebecca is ready to help take EVO family to the next level. She brings years of collegiate and high school coaching experience with her and her presence has been felt immediately. Coach Reed has brought a new level of discipline to Team EVO and she is poised to have an exciting summer with the 2013′s. Rebecca is currently the Head Girl’s Lacrosse Coach as The Windsor School in Boston.

Julie Bevad – Head Coach EVO 2012′s

  • Julie brings a wealth of coaching knowledge to Team EVO. A graduate of UNH, where she lettered for womens Lacrosse, Julie has since become the Head Coach at Danvers High School. In her time at DHS, Bevad has earned North East Conference Coach of the Year honors both in 2009 and 2010, winning the NEC in both season as well. Julie was named the Boston Globe Division 2 Coach of the year in 2010.

Melissa Bourque -Coach EVO 2012′s

  • A resident of Boxford Ma, Melissa’s lacrosse knowledge and enthusiasm has spread quickly through Team EVO’s players. As a standout player at UNH, Mel was named to the America-East All-Rookie team and was voted UNH Rookie of the Year in her first season. Melissa was also voted to the America -East All-Conference Team in her time as a player. She currently assists Julie Bevad at Danvers High School.

Michaela Hardy – Head Coach EVO 2014′s

  • Michaela Hardy was born and raised in Reading Massachusetts.  She attended Reading Memorial High School, tri-captaining soccer, lacrosse and indoor track. Michaela then attended the University of New Hampshire playing four years of division one lacrosse.  At UNH, Michaela captained her team in 2009 while earning All-American, U.S. Lacrosse Northeast Region First Team, America East All-Conference First Team, America East Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2008, America East All-Academic Team, and Intercollegiate Coach’s Association Academic Honor Roll.  Michaela led her team to four consecutive America East tournaments and the NCAA tournament in 2008. Upon graduation, she became an assistant coach at the University of New Hampshire while earning her Masters degree in Education.

Jenna Barnes – Coach EVO 2014′s

  • Jenna just returned to Boston after spending 4 year on the West Coast
    where she played Division 1 lacrosse for the University of Oregon
    Ducks.  A native of Southeastern Mass and former high school stand out
    at Tabor Academy, Jenna is thrilled to be back in New England.  She
    has always been a leader both on and off the field, and in college was
    president of the largest student run academic club on campus, where
    she started a widely successful mentorship program.  A nurturer by
    nature, Jenna takes pride in the success of those she coaches in both
    lacrosse and career building skills.  Jenna is extremely excited to be
    coaching such a talented group of young women at Team EVO.

Lars Keil – EVO Goalie Coach

  • Lars assists all teams in the EVO family with great goalie coaching. He brings an unmatched level of enthusiasm to practice and continues to do so everyday. Lars is also currently an assistant for the Endicott College Mens Lacrosse team.

College Players –

Siobhan Sullivan

  • A native of Franklin Ma, Siobhan feels at home on the playing field. Graduating from Franklin High School in 2008, she lettered in Soccer, Basketball, and Lacrosse. Sullivan captained both her Basketball and Lacrosse teams earning league all-star status twice for Lacrosse and was an Eastern Mass All-Star as a senior, also for Lacrosse. Siobhan is currently enrolled at Ithica College in Ithica NY, where she is a member of the womens Lacrosse team and studying Exercise Science. 

    Eliza Scoba
  • As a junior at Saint Michael’s College, Eliza Scoba is studying Elementary Education and Psychology. She grew up in Franklin, MA and started her lacrosse career freshman year at Franklin High School. Scoba played four years of lacrosse and soccer at FHS, was named captain of both teams her junior and senior year, received coaches award for lacrosse as a junior, and was a Hockomock League Spring All-Star my senior year. She was also a part of the NESLL program throughout her high school career. At Saint Michael’s Eliza is a part of the Women’s Lacrosse Team. As a freshman she played in all 14 games and started 6 ending the season with 16 total points (14 goals, 2 assists). As a sophomore She started in all 14 games, was a three-time NE-10 weekly honor roll member, was 20th in the NE-10 with 5.07 shots per game, and led the team with 39 points (28 goals and 11 assists). Eliza has coached with the Franklin Youth Program for 4 years, with NESLL summer teams the last 2 summers, and has worked at several summer lacrosse camps locally and at Saint Michael’s College.
